i made a template ROM but I have no idea how to make a META-INF file AND I made folders of my rom bases but have no idea what to do next

I am making a rockchip ROM but when I extracted the boot.IMG I have masses and masses of folders but no meta inf folder (I have no idea how to make one!) So could you think you can make me a stock recovery flashable Zip I will upload the file now

 

P.S I bricked my tablet so can you send me the elements and a readme.txt of where to put them

 

PPS: And a meta-inf folder please 

PPPS: and open the zip and fix it you can modify with all the right files and attach it.
