Guest Dafs Posted December 9, 2015 Report Share Posted December 9, 2015 You can try a program called DC-unlocker. I have the same problem, huawei support answer, but doesn't help. I didn't try to unlock my bootloader with it yet, still trying e-mail.. Anyway, download, connect via usb and check your phone 1st. To fully unlock your bootloader, you will need to pay like 4euros. I'm searching xda and everythere, because I have wrong region firmware. Phone is totally out of service.
