Phone bricked and bootloader in lock status

My case is almost the same as Skylip's experience. He has already solved his big problem with the "Middle Package".

Is this Package applicable to my HTC Butterly 3 ?

If so, I want to know where to download and how to use it to restore my phone. 

Would Hogweed please tell me in details to the software.
