Guest grai Posted January 6, 2018 Report Share Posted January 6, 2018 (edited) Hi I have an ancient Soni Ericcson which I have all my main numbers on but now its on its way out and I'd like to use my ZTE blade as my main phone I put the Sim card in my ZTE blade from the Sony erriccson I'm getting a "number not known" in 'about phone' Also a message saying " do not find update package (update zip) on external SD card please confirm that update package has been copied to rootdirectory on external SD card" which is gobbeldy gook to me - I'm told the phone is not recognising the Sim card? thanks for any advice as to what to do to get it going xx Edited January 6, 2018 by grai Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
