Guest big_fleet Posted August 20, 2004 Report Share Posted August 20, 2004 hi to all who applied at the podium addict booth. for plan 800 sap2 can you advise me how to follow up my application with smart. applied last july 11 pa and upto now wala pa kahit ano info. kahit missed call applied with this ruby person, who i latter found out is based in smart binondo. during the first week of the application she answered all my calls and inquries. She promised to get back to me asap. now shes not answering my calls and sms to her cellphone visited smart podium twice - no help even have them email this ruby using their own intranet - no help emailed their customer care svc -- no help if my application was denied ok fine but they should at least inform the applicant and i a current subscriber pa with a postpaid account. thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
