SMT 5600 Bluetooth Serial/COM

I just received my SMT 5600 phone from Cingular yesterday, and am having problems connecting it to my computer via serial bluetooth. I have created two bluetooth COM ports on the phone - one for incoming and one for outgoing communications, but my computer only sees DUN, OBEX, and Hands Free when I refresh for available services. I am sure that the computer is not the issue, as I have used it to successfully connect to other serial bluetooth phones.

Does anyone know what I might be doing incorrectly?
