Sorry if this is a re-post but i couldant find any info about my prob anywhere....

When i go through my settings and get to the option "Date and Time" once pressed it displays the error message "The settings could not be opened."

Any help would be apreciated :lol:)

That would suggest something is accessing the settings.

Have you tried rebooting the phone before attempting to change them ?

Yeah its been like this for about 3/4 days.... there are other files such as pics that also give me the same error.....

Try changing the Time Format .

Its under Regional Settings. Change to the slash format instead of the point format.

AAh cheers guys! Thought I had to reset this buggar again for the 3rd time in a week.

I knew changing the date format would be too much to expect of the 'dumbphone'. Expecting that to work would be as ludicrous as expecting an alarm icon on the taskbar.
