Vodafone MMS settings

Ok, I finally got the MMS settings to work on my M500 (something I didn't manage on my C500)

Used threads on here and at XDA Developers, but thought I bring it all here.

1. Go to MMS (messaging foler), then Tools-->MMS Settings...

2. Severs Tab and then New

Sever Name: Whatever

Gateway: 212.183.137.12

Port: 9201

Server address: http://mms.vodafone.co.uk/servlets

OK

3. Start--Settings--> Connections--Connections

(Should have Voda GPRS in the first connections settingd, OR to make more sense - Should already have setup vodafone gprs to work)

4. Go to my work network and Add a new modem

Name: whatever (vodafone mms)

Selcct modem: Celullar Line (GPRS)

Access point name: wap.vodafone.co.uk

Leave user name and password blank and Finish

5. Go back to MMS Settings and from Connect via: Choose My Work Network

Should now be working :)

If not, try these:

1. Find the MMS LOG My Device\My Documents\UAContents\MMS Log

and delete it.

2. Send yourself an mms message (this seemed to be the clincher for me)
