Haven't been able to get it to work as I use Vito as well.

i think it cannot be done because titanium is using chome.dll for sms, even if u change it in registry.

most probably a custom panel must be created but i dont know if that it is easy on how to map to sms counters and vito etc etc

OK! So officially I am an idiot. I seen those arrows but they are right up against either other i didn't think there was anywhere to scroll. I totally feel dumb, but thank you much as you have just helped me take care of something I have been dying to figure out for months but didn't wanna ask because I felt stupid lol.

Edit: Also is there really a difference between h: and hh: as I understand you said the capital HH's are for military. But what are difference between 1 h and 2 hh.

Usually a format code like this means for value "01", h displays "1" and hh displays "01". But for value "11", both give you "11".

yeah me too same thing same error code no idea why, annoying also i cant edit the program tab sector included i changed the string saved it but it never changes :D

if u get error please reinstall chome1.5. it is apps fault and not rom's.

Hi,

CHome v1.5 has that bug (or feature) and it is known. First of all, you should name your panels as a single word, without spaces. Then, you can rename how it looks like on your screen, in the app.

Also, the app checks "\My Documents\" and some sub folders, then "Storage Card\" and sub folders for icon image files. That creates the error, as an Omnia without an SD card don't have "\Storage Card" as a directory. Solution would be adding apps/links without icons, and putting the icon filename later, manually.

On the XDA page, I have written several notes about this and the author could only suggest using v1.4 in the meantime (while he'd fix the app I guess).

The problem is with the program. I think the main problem is as sumengen says, your panels should only be a single word. I named mine for example, gmusic, gsatnav, gsocial. I then also put one .png file in my device - my documents and used this for all the panels I created. Later I used CeRegisteryEditor and changed all the values for pictures to a folder in my storage called icons, and I then changed the panel names.

Because I have just spent hours sorting this out am I right in thinking that becuase I have made a backup of CHome in the reg editor, that when I next flash my phone, if I load the backup and as long as all progs and icons are in the right place, I will get the same layout on my home screen as I have now?

Attached are some icons that I have used. Most of them are from someone on this forum who ripped them from the phone. They are posted on here many pages back, but I have also included a lot of new icons that I have hunted down like iGO, opera, youtube.

That should be right. Might see h:mm or hh:mm as choices. Sometimes HH means military 24-hr time where 1:00pm displays 13:00.

Also, dd= month-day number as 23. Capitals usually means words as DDD = Wed and mm=01 and MMM=Jan.

Standards for programming for ages, but some do vary a little here and there. Microsoft Excel/Format/Cells has a ton of examples.

which panels do u loose? you should enable them with chome editor.

Hi guys,

I have a couple of noob questions, sorry if they have already been answered in the previous threads but there are 150 pages.

Is there any risk installing this theme or can I easily go back to normal by using the hard reset mode ?

My version of my phone is:

PDA: i900DXHG3 / DXHG3

PHONE: i900DXHG3

If I have to change the ROM to DXID1, where can I find it ? Can I do it with vista ?

btw has this been mentioned? when u on wireless, and disable power saving on wireless and the phone goes into suspend mode for awhile(like 5mins) the phone cannot be wake up. Have to remove the battery for this.

Also, how to get chinese text input?

Hi Sector, using your 21215 and so far not one freeze or reset required (same could not be said for 21210 :lol:) also the lastest phone part has garmin XT locking on very fast where before it could take 20 - 30 mins... so all up very happy (except no BT fix :D ) but that is Samsungs stuff up... so a great effort so far.

also there are 6 icons under calendar ... should they take u to the app they represent as all they do is bring up the wireless panel no matter which one u select

i got aproblem flashing to 21215 L2

i dont know but using grand prix 1.6.6 in updating ur rom is strange

after flashig my phone is working as a PDA without the phone my phone is switched OFF

i reflashed my phone a gain and the same

my Omnia working without phone part

any suggtions

which one? For Notifications it is called CHome. For Settings is CLinks.

Please help....

Have the 21215 Version L2 installed,

when trying to update the weather,

it showed 2 errors,

1) string not closed (missing quote)

2) invalid parameter count for "RegWriteString"

i try install the titanium weather from showaco, it works but it will make those customized panels (setting, program, opera, contacts...etc) disappered

please help to make my mobile complete!
