Orange Application Unlock - not working?

I tried doing the application unlock via http://developer.orangews.com/orgspv/comdef.aspx

I typed in my details. I typed in my mobile number and the IMEI number. I sent it.

A few minutes later my phone has the GPRS logo coming up, but nothing happens. it's still there for the past 10 minutes.

I haven't got the confirmation about it being unlocked yet.

I'm worried that I might run up a large GPRS bill. What should I do now? Turn the phone off and switch on in the morning ands hope it will be downloaded?

For what it's worth, the battery is fully charged and the signal are strong (all bars are showing)

Any advice?

After 25 to 30 mins later of non GPRS data, it loaded up IE itself and unlocked my phone.

Took ages, but it worked.

Anyone know if this will allow me to application-unlock my already SIM-unlocked Audiovox SMT5600 on Cingular? I can't run programs that don't have some sort of digital signature, it appears.
