Update "When New Items Arrive" feature on WM2003

In trying to set up my MPX200 to synchronize with my Exchange server, I noticed that the option for updating "When New Items Arrive" isn't present on the WM2003 OS on the MPX200.

Am I missing something, or is this REALLY not there? Can it be added with a registry hack?

Sound off on this if you've noticed it too or have a solution.
