can some one help me re-flash!?

i just brought a windows 2003 upgrade for my mpx200 although i have come across some trouble. It says that to ugrade my phone I need to re-flash the phone, this is where i got stuck. Could some one please explain to me how i do this.

If you just paid for the 2003 ROM the first thing to do is ask for your money back and tell the seller to stop ripping people off, as apart from being ilegal the ROM was posted free when it first surfaced.

On the installation side the ROM should have it's own installer which walks you through the installation.

i have looked all over the program although i cannot find how to do it

Yep run the installation file and follow the instructions.

This is part of the ROM and if you do not have this then you need to contact the seller and question why he did not sell you the complete update.
