Guest Genieuk
I've got an Orange SPV C500 on orange £25 a month. I don't have the Orange World GPRS package. Just wandered what would happen if the phone accidentially connected to GPRS for a couple of seconds. What would I get charged and how can I avoid this? Can I disable GPRS? I don't ever use it. Guest tudor
Start -> Settings -> More... -> Data Connections -> Menu -> Edit connections -> GPRS Connections -> Orange GPRS Edit the access point name by deleting the last letter ('t'). When you need to use it, just edit it again, add the letter and it will connect again.
Guest Genieuk
Excellent. thanks m8. You're a star. No more worring about accidentally connecting and being charged probably £4 for a few bytes of usage.
