Guest tiger_africa
When using speed dial one, it is supposed to dial the voice mail number. But when I use it, nothing happens. I have checked the speed dials, and there is no number associated with it. Also, I cannot associate a number with it, as it is reserved.... Help !!! Guest Confused Stu
Don't worry, it's not just you! Every time anyone releases a new ROM they always seem to break the #1 SpeedDial! :) Go into Settings/Phone/Call Options and then update the "Voice Mail Number" with the appropriate number for the answerphone: +447973100123 in the case of Orange. Guest Geeklord
Try going into the settings-->Phone-->Call options. You'll see a field there where you can fill in your voicemail number. I think you have to get it before hand from your operator.
Guest simon211175
that'll only work until the phone is rebooted - then it will disappear again. You need to edit the number into the registry for both Line 1 and Line 2 (regardless of if you use Line 2 or not). The registry keys are in HKLM/Software/Microsoft/RIL/RILConfig. Guest dalecon
I use Mobile Registry Editor from BreakSoft <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Thanks for that - reading the emails sent some people have problems using this on their SPV C500. Are you using this on a C500? Any problems? Thanks
