Editing the way the phone notifies an incoming call

HKCU \ControlPanel \ Sounds \ Ringtone0

Edit the value 'Script' to create a custom ring\vibrate

a = allow repeat

f = backlight On (f1)

v = vibrate On (v0,v1,v2) the number changes the vibrate length

p = play Sound/Vibrate On (if v has been set)

w = wait/delay (w1 - wait 1 sec)

r = repeat

so for example,

af1v0pw3r

This makes an incoming call do the following,

allow repeat, turn on the backlight, set short vibrate, play tone and vibrate, wait for 3 seconds, then repeat.
