Quickmark UPX'd and English patched

Having been somewhat bombarded with PMs on how to get Quickmark working in English on the Hermes, please find attached a slightly tweaked install CAB with UK English as default, and UPX'd to use minimum space.

the current download ad quickmark.com.tw does work well on Hermes, also in English language.
