Guest Beeble Posted October 13, 2006 Report Posted October 13, 2006 Doen't matter what mode the phone is in - if the line is busy the engaged tone plays back though the speaker. Am I missing something?
Guest julianmclean Posted October 13, 2006 Report Posted October 13, 2006 I'm getting the exact sam thing. Have you done a hard reset by any chance - I did recently and lost some other things - see this topic: http://www.modaco.com/index.php?showtopic=...pid=777379& I haven't been able to fix this one yet
Guest argh Posted November 24, 2006 Report Posted November 24, 2006 I haven't done a hard reset but still have the busy tone playing VERY LOUDLY through the speaker. Also, volume control with the scroll wheel doesn't always work during calls (and sometimes only allows going up and not down). Works okay with the stylus but that isn't very practical mid-call. I really hope that Orange release a new ROM after all the issues I seem to have run in to.
Guest scoobytwo Posted November 24, 2006 Report Posted November 24, 2006 i have the same problem. not seen any fixes for it yet.
Guest EyEwitness Posted November 25, 2006 Report Posted November 25, 2006 get the same thing on vario2 so its not just orange. As for the call volume, it only works for me if the phone is unlocked, which is a pain if you answer a call while its locked.
Guest mkent_barbados Posted November 27, 2006 Report Posted November 27, 2006 This also drives me nuts. Can be on "Vibrate" and it still does this, which is crazy to say the least. So thought I would *bump* this up.
Guest jimbouk Posted November 27, 2006 Report Posted November 27, 2006 Im on orange and havent seen either problem. My volume can be changed midcall with the wheel, even with the screen off.
Guest benzo Posted November 27, 2006 Report Posted November 27, 2006 Doen't matter what mode the phone is in - if the line is busy the engaged tone plays back though the speaker. Am I missing something? I get this as well... odd that. I am on T-mob and have vario II. Benzo
