Moto q Windows 05 when you click the start menu from the home screen it doesnt do anything except keep yoour home screen and say Start at the top... How do i fix that? Any help would kick ass..im so tired and cooked off paint fumes..i cant look anymore or search

If you hear any info on how to fix it, I would greatly appreciate it.
