Hi,

I need the automatic configuration file for local telco in Malaysia. I hard reset my phone and did not back up the file. I manually set up the data connection but the MMS is not working. The MMS access is missing and there is no way for me to put it in manually. If anyone is kind enough to copy the file from their smartphone and zip it and post it here i would be really thankfull.

Thanx in advance

dude,

the configurations for all local telcos are already preset. you dont need to enter manually, its under (start->settings->more->more->connections)

it sets my gprs, but not tried mms yet.

Thanx for the reply but if you ever have to hard reset your phone, do back up the files first else they would be deleted. i got the files back with the help of a friend.

by the way, could you get the mms to work ? if yes, which telco are you with ?

How to get MMS back after a hard reset? I did back up my files, but I didn't know that the MMS setting program will disappear, and that my phone is no longer recognized as an Xphone by the O2 Eternal Chamber game. :)

Hi,

I'm one of the xphone user too (Bought it in February 2004) And I using Maxis.

AFter i got the MMS configuration from Maxis. It can't work. And i called to Maxis asking about this, and according to them, the Xphone is not fully ready for the MMS. And ask me to try it 1 month later. But until now , i still cannot send any MMS or receive any MMS.

And, i wonder anyone try the MMS with Maxis before and successful ?????
