Guest mrskpnut Posted January 6, 2004 Report Posted January 6, 2004 Hi, How much did you pay for your handset? I want to get one for my husband SIM-free and unlocked... any good sites/sellers you know of? Thanks
Guest Jiff Lemon Posted January 6, 2004 Report Posted January 6, 2004 Free upgrade from Orange, plus a months free GPRS. Just had to shout and rant a little. Not much use to you I'm afraid :) have a peek at www.mobiles4everyone.com (it's actually a UK site)
Guest mcwarre Posted January 6, 2004 Report Posted January 6, 2004 If you want it sim-free you will pay for it! Approx £200 off of eBay. TBH I would recommend getting one on a contract with Orange care; phone is free and if there is a problem you can get a replacement.
Guest deanrh Posted January 6, 2004 Report Posted January 6, 2004 i got it 4 free as an upgrade 200 mins 500 texts
Guest mcwarre Posted January 7, 2004 Report Posted January 7, 2004 SIM-free and unlocked... Thanks That means not on a contract you muppets! :)

Guest AK_Tsang Posted January 9, 2004 Report Posted January 9, 2004 You can get an unlocked MPX200 from Phones 4U stores across the UK (only released last week :) ). The price however is £74.95 at the moment (on tariff at £30 and higher) as oppose to it being free on Orange :? Only available on O2 and Vodafone. [EDIT] Also, with the O2/Voda MPX200, you do not get the USB cradle but get an original Moto leather case and belt clip instead. [/EDIT]
Guest mcwarre Posted January 9, 2004 Report Posted January 9, 2004 Hi Welcome to the site! I don't think that the MPx's on other networks are unlocked (no doubt someone will correct me if I am wrong!).
