Orange SPV E200 : Windows Media Player - Issues With SD Card

Running Orange SPV E200.

Can anybody advise me where I should place my video files on the SD card so that they can be watched through media player?

I've tried in the root and also in My Documents but it's not picking them up.

Also will it display .MOV files or only .ASF?

If this has been answered before, sorry, but having searched through the threads there are conflicting replies.
