Everlink is bankrupt?

Bad news for Compal AR11 owners. Around 5,000 units were shipped worldwide by Everlink to date. Seems that Microsoft is not actively supporting the "Red-E Developer Kit" any more. The MS site states that "the developer smartphone is sold out". However, the Everlink site has dissapeared and there are rumors of bankrupcy. Customers that have sent the smartphone for repair are complaining about delays, and if rumours are true they may have lost their device for good! There are still significant issues with the phone (like the bug that prevents the phone from charging via USB) that have not been addressed, causing a lot of frustration to owners. Lets only hope that Microsoft will help all customers by providing bug fixes or a replacement policy.
