Guest nato Posted January 8, 2004 Report Posted January 8, 2004 Hi Does anyone know if I listen to the radio using media player, when WAP is the data connection selected, does this actually use WAP as the connection as specified or does it use the standard GPRS connection. The reason for this is, I have free unlimited WAP as part of my Upgrade to my E200. I listen to the radio on the train, however, I don't want a massive bill if it is not using WAP over GPRS. Also - the sound quality seems to have got worse since I've had this (replacement) handset. The sound seems to 'wave'. Anyone alse noticed this !? - or am I going deaf cuz im listening to too much radio over (i hope) WAP !!!!!
Guest c0053659 Posted January 10, 2004 Report Posted January 10, 2004 Start/Settings(4)/More(9)/DataConnections(2) Where it says Internet connections, whats it say under there? I think you can change it to WAP, mine was originally on GPRS but ive changed it to "Pass through connection", basically it uses my internet connection.
