Hard/Factory Reset of O2 XDA

Quick one...how do i do this? Which buttons do i need to hold down to get this device to default back to its factory state, i mean without all the O2 garbage on it....please help....much appreciated...

wow i hadnt checked back in a long time. Just reading this now!!

You have to unscrew the top of the stylus and stick it in the hole next to the head phone jack. The hole has a battery logo with a strike through.

firstly i dont think you can move to the other site :)

Regarding xda2 (incase you have xda2 instead of xda)

the information how to hard reset is on phone editon (i posted it)

soft reset

Soft resetting your phone will restart your xda, ending running programs etc.  

To soft reset your XDA2 by tap the reset button with your stylus (bottom left of phone near charger socket)  

Hard Reset

Hard resetting your xda2 will restore it to factory condition.  

To Hard Reset xda2 insert stylus into reset hole and hold the power button.  

Be sure to have fully backed up your phone before resetting your xda2
