Guest c0053659 Posted January 8, 2004 Report Posted January 8, 2004 I don’t know anything about Bluetooth or even headsets for that matter. Ill be getting my e200 tomorrow (hopefully), and I’m looking for a BTHS, I don’t know which ones are compatible with the phone. Has to be less than £70.
Guest nato Posted January 9, 2004 Report Posted January 9, 2004 Mines a Plantronics m3000. £49 from The link. Beware though ! - There is no voice activation with the E200, so you cannot 'make' calls ! Standby time is good though, and very comfortable and easy to use.Just watch yer battery life !
Guest c0053659 Posted January 9, 2004 Report Posted January 9, 2004 Thats terrible having no voice activation. Are they planning on integrating it somehow?
Guest 4runner Posted January 16, 2004 Report Posted January 16, 2004 If your feeling extravagant, I have the standard Bluespoon headset, bought on ebay £94 (expansys £134) smaller than the chameleon, same size as the digital. Works great especially after a free software upgrade from nextlink. Dont expect any headset to work much further than 3-4 metres away from the phone though, they claim they do but in reality they dont. Its capable of voice dialing but the e200 is'nt not yet anyhow. 4runner
Guest Rusty Posted January 17, 2004 Report Posted January 17, 2004 Another vote for the Plantronics M3000, went to get mine from The Link, they were £59.99 on special offer but they had none, so on the off chance i called at the Orange Shop to see if they had anything and they had the M3000 on at half price  £44.99. Works perfectly with my E200, excellent call quality and one of the best standby times going.

Saw it for 45quid here... http://www.nickknows.com/index.html?target...html〈=en-gb EDIT:: 52 plus vat! I may have to go to the "Orangeshop" (never seen or heard of it, yep i dont go out much :S)
Guest Rusty Posted January 19, 2004 Report Posted January 19, 2004 And tbh m8, a free in car charger would only add to your clutter. Not only does the M3000 have a very long standby time, but it also has a pretty standard charging connector and voltage. My SPV charger will charge it fine, as will my nokia car charger  they both output the same voltage as the Plantronics charger - 5v
Guest c0053659 Posted January 20, 2004 Report Posted January 20, 2004 I'll wake up early on saturday (shrugs) and ill have a look round for one, my earpeice is doing my head in with all the wires and stuff!
Guest Will Posted January 21, 2004 Report Posted January 21, 2004 plantronics m3000 does me fine (just got today) and it's fun! I little concerned about leaving it in a pocket, and forgetting to turn it off.. and then not being able to answer calls on the main phone.. but i guess i'll learn Will
Guest Paul [MVP] Posted January 22, 2004 Report Posted January 22, 2004 I've tried a few, and M3000 is my favourite! P
