Oxios ToDo List

I use Oxios ToDo List as a replacement for the horrible included tasks app. I noticed that task notes are sent to the phone ok but if I make changes to the notes on the phone they are not syned with the PC.

I don't often make changes to notes on the smartphone but because I sync with two desktops, things can get pretty messy. For example:

- Make changes to task notes on machine A.

- Sync machine A with smartphone (task note changes are synced)

- Sync machine B with smartphone (task note changes are NOT synced)

- Make changes to the task (i.e. due date) on machine B.

- Sync machine B with smartphone (task note changes are synced)

- Sync machine A with smartphone (task note changes are synced and my task note changes made in the first step are overwritten!)

Does anyone know of a workaround for? Can someone at least confirm this to be the case in their enviroment? BTW, I believe this is also the case with Power Tasks but have not been able to confirm because my 15 day trial has expired.

This not a Oxios ToDo List bug. You have the same problem with other App. (http://smartphone.modaco.com/viewtopic.php...p=265403#265403).

This bug comes from ActiveSync (on Smartphone) or the POOM (Pocket Outlook Object Model).

Oxios ToDo List is able to workaround this limitation (see "Menu/Settings/Options/Resolve Notes Synchro").

With the new ROM there is no more problem when you synchronize Tasks with Notes from the Smartphone to the Outlook:

It seems I do have the old ROM because the Oxios workaround works for me. Apparently it copies the task and then deletes the old one forcing Activesync to Sync the entire new task. Thanks for the help! :)
