Video sites for Media Player. Watch TV on your phone !!!

I have spent many an hour looking for streaming video sites that offer 28K streams compatible with the SPV media player.

It's a nightmare. I have found one good one (see link below) but it seems the prefered method is with RealPlayer.

Any one knows of any cartoon sites. I think the quality will be better with animation as there is less movement.

The site shows that some sites are 28K but when it comes to the stream they end up being 56K. I bit too much for GPRS.
