uploading a theme on the phone

you already answered 1000 times to this question, but I haven't been using the smartphone for months and I can't remember how to upload a theme to the phone!!!

Can anybody help me?!?

There are two formats homescreens can come in, hme and cab format

you can place them in the same location anyway :)

Using activsync place the file in IPSMWindowsStart MenuAccessories

then on the phone go to Programs Accessories and run the file you

have just placed there.
