help please with unlock problem

I need to unlock my e200, software unlock, and reading the various posted notes it would appear the orange web site gives this facility. It states it is only available for the spv, and the e100 or e200, where i can i de cert my e200

Try using Smart explorer from Binarys, can be found at www.monolithix.org

ive just tried downloading a home screen and although it has downloaded to my pc i cant transfer it to my phone i have my phone connected to active sync, but not sure how to transfer it. the home screen ive downloaded used win zip if this is any help,

The homescreen may not be in a zip format but in .cab Win 98 and ME make the identity mistake there.

But if it is zipped then unzip and there should be a .cab file.

Using Activsync, explore the phone and place the cab in StorageWindowsStart MenuAccessories

now on the phone so to StartAccessories folder and run the cab this will

now install the homescreen for you :)

Help, newbie to you lot and cant get my e200 to unlock. have followed the links and the phone connected but have had no mail to say its unlocked. any ideas ? ta, martin

keep trying. its a tad temperamental and doesn't always work. make sure you have done the *#06# thing to get your complete IMEI and put the +44 prefix on your phone no. Posted from my SmartPhone!
