Preview program for homescreens/themes

Hi all, wonderful wonderful forums here!

I was wondering if there were any preview programs that could let you see the xml files and background as they would look on the phone before you transfer it over.

Being quite new to xml i think it would take a lot of hassle out of experimenting and such.

Hoping one will come soon though

Only thing there is really is the homescreen designer from MS, but with that you only can do a background and colours, and no preview of plugins unfortunately
