Deleting files at HKEY

Okay guys...i've got some problem here in the RegEdit! In the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESecurityAppInstallPocketMVP PocketMPV_SPV.

Now, the probs: I don't have PocketMVP in my phone, i already delete it manually using ActiveSync. Then i tried to install the program again cause i want to play my *.ogg files but it says that the installation was failed.

I trace the file down using RegEdit (see above), and i want to delete it permanently but i got a error message that the operation was unable to perform. Why?? can somebody tell me why? and is this why i couldn't install my pocketMVP anymore?

Another question(related), there's a value named uninstall and the value data is IPSMWindowsAppMgrPocketMVP PocketMVP_SPA000.tmp. A000.tmp? Looks like i've deleted this files, i searched it again and i couldn't find it.

Number 3,Is it safe to delete something using the RegEdit?

oh..oh..oh note that i have 2 more files like this (Snake2 Snake2 and Top321 Checkers) have the problems same as my pocketMVP. That's why i need your help guys! Thanks...
