Guest velocityboy Posted January 13, 2004 Report Posted January 13, 2004 Hi, just got my E200 with 8mb SD card which comes with some trial software on it and a game. can i safely delete the files on there without buggering it up as i want the max amount of space till i can afford to buy a bigger one? as an aside, i think the phone is great, battery life could be better (have read posts on this prob) and have managed to safely add a skin (kenny off south park) and a couple of games. hope to hear from someone soon, thanks!!! vboy (sorry about double post, first try wouldnt go thru so didnt think it would appear!)
Guest Disco Stu Posted January 13, 2004 Report Posted January 13, 2004 Did you load the free software onto the phone itself, or onto the storage card ? If onto the card then don't delete anything as you won't be able to access the applications. If you put the things you wanted onto the phone then delete away. Also, if saved on card and not now wanted, use Settings, Add/Remove Programs to get rid cleanly. Am I making sense here.. :?: :?
Guest siu99spj Posted January 13, 2004 Report Posted January 13, 2004 You can also copy the files off the SD card and onto your PC for safe keeping if you want. Thats way the files will safe if you ever need to/want to reinstall them.
