Guest Disco Stu Posted January 13, 2004 Report Posted January 13, 2004 It should show names & numbers if you store the numbers with +44 prefixes.
Guest deejayell Posted January 14, 2004 Report Posted January 14, 2004 thanks disco stu for the reply but all my numbers are in like that , but when someone calls ( who i have photo id for) it just shows their picture and a blank screen :) i dont have any templates on cos the ones from orange are pretty poor ! could this be a program / phone fault ??
Guest Disco Stu Posted January 14, 2004 Report Posted January 14, 2004 I think I've got it ! Go to the Orange folder, Caller Photo ID, Menu, Options, Display Settings, Display Style, change to "Use Template" :) There are some excellent templates (.PiT) on smartphony.org and if you search for the Caller ID threads here there are more. There is a tool for doing your own that you can get from Handango.
Guest deejayell Posted January 14, 2004 Report Posted January 14, 2004 thanks agian for your help disco stu . excuse my ignorance  but i cannot read or speak french so can i translate the web site ?? i have also seen some james bond templates somewere but i cant find them now ! please help as this is starting to get to me a bit ! i have also searched for caller id threads with no joy :) thanks for any help
Guest Disco Stu Posted January 14, 2004 Report Posted January 14, 2004 Try searching for PIT - sorry but I don't know how to link to other parts of the forum. Or this might work... http://smartphone.modaco.com/viewtopic.php...0&highlight=pit (the James Bond template is here !) You'll probably need to register with smartphony too. My French is poor but I managed it okay.
