Outlook Reformatter - Help please

Hi,

I have installed the above software on my PC and ran it from that location,. I then synch my MPX200 and nothing seems to happen. All my contacts remain in last name, first name order and mobile nos are still prefixed with 0 as oppsed to +44.

Could somebody please advise what I am doing wrong. I am using Windows XP Pro and Outlook 2002. MPX is de - certed.

I have also tried Outlook tools to no avail.

Have you checked your sync settings? could be that you have it set not to alter on the phone?

Im not entirley sure how I would check this setting, but any new contacts I add on my desktop or changes to existing ones are synched across no problem
