E200 and Bluetooth headsets

It's time to bite the bullet and go proper handsfree in the car.

Can anyone advise me which BT headsets work with E200, which ones are best, what to avoid / look out for etc?

Also, if I'm going to use BT in the car, I'd best get a car charger. Any ideas where I can get one and how much they cost?
