To continue synchronization, reinstall Microsoft Outlook. If you no longer want to synchronize your data, disable synchronization in ActiveSync. --------------------------- OK --------------------------- i've got Microsoft Office Outlook installed and yet it says that I did not have outlook in my system...
Guest peekie Posted January 22, 2004 Report Posted January 22, 2004 sometimes the active sync gets lost ive seen this happens alot with the motorola ,the only thing to do is to delete the partnership ( while the phone is not connected ) and then reconnect the phone and follow the same instuctions you did the first time ,all installed appz and games can still be removed as before as the sync prog scans your phone ,if that fails to work then uninstal and re install activesync :wink: :wink:
