Guest ray Posted December 18, 2002 Report Posted December 18, 2002 Are SD cards, in relation to the SPV, hot swapable - ie can they be removed without damage with the SPV on? I've done this a couple of times without problem but just making sure.....
Guest chewie Posted December 18, 2002 Report Posted December 18, 2002 I think its fine, i do it all the time, and aint had any problems!
Guest johnnyt Posted December 18, 2002 Report Posted December 18, 2002 Same here.. done loads of time with no probs
Guest kevlar Posted December 18, 2002 Report Posted December 18, 2002 I wouldn't do it when it was saving something or playing a vid/mp3 from the card  Kevlar
Guest Bazz Posted December 18, 2002 Report Posted December 18, 2002 Good point and Neil MS said it can take up to 10 mins to finish saving on the card if the phone is busy...
Guest Paul [MVP] Posted December 18, 2002 Report Posted December 18, 2002 So basically, yes, it works, but maybe not the best idea ever! (as in windows!) P
Guest madu Posted December 18, 2002 Report Posted December 18, 2002 ^ So are you saying I have to switch it off to swap a memcard?!? That's a joke, right? :D
Guest kevlar Posted December 18, 2002 Report Posted December 18, 2002 no, just make sure your spv has been doing nothing for a bit Kevlar
