PHM Registry Editor

I have some entries in my Remove Programs app on my phone. They are for some .hme skins that I installed once. I have since deleted the files associated with these skins manually, but the entries are still in the Remove Progs app. I installed the PHM Reg Editor and found the appropriate keys to delete, (HKLM/Security/AppInstall/), but when I ask to delete those keys, it comes up with an error message saying "Unable to perform operation".

I want to delete these entries as I think they are preventing me from installing any other .hme skins for some reason.

Any help would be apreciated!
