Guest peekie Posted January 20, 2004 Report Posted January 20, 2004 I find the multimedia album supplied with the E200 useless compaired with the extra functions in the ia album 1.6. with that version you could flip the photos and do alot more than the new version. i have before installed this programme on my spv E200 and lost my original camera programme ( with zoom ) and multimedia album as the old version removes it from the start menu.A HARD REST WAS NEEDED TO RETURN THE ORIGINAL PROG THEN... as i wanted the ia album in my spv E200 i did the following AND IT WORKS first i renamed camera and multimedia album ,by adding a 1 next to the name ( by using smart explorer ) then i installed the programme from my old spvs sd card ,which has the full version on the sd card.now the programme was installed so again with smart exploer i deleted the new camera from the start menu ( as it does not work on the spv E200 ) then re named the original camera and multimedia album back to the original names, then rebooted the spv and now i have both the multimedia and the album programme THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS AS I DONT THINK THERE WILL BE AN UPDATE TO REINSTATE THE FLIP MODE WHICH IS USEFULL ON HOMEPAGES
Guest peekie Posted January 22, 2004 Report Posted January 22, 2004 should you install the older version without renaming the camera ect its not so large a problem as all the ia album does is put its version of camera there in the start menu ,your original is still nice and safe in windows on the phone its just a matter of using smart explorer to copy a shortcut back to the start menu.   so no hard resting ect needed
