Guest loanmngr Posted January 21, 2004 Report Posted January 21, 2004 I had recently bought a program called loan manager for mpx200 stored it on my storage card and ended up having to hard reset my phone and somehow changed my program from fully registered to trial version(30 days). Is there any way to use phm registry editor to change the trial time period in the program? I have contacted both Boma and Handango to get my registraion key sent to me again but they are not all on the same page and I don't think they know what is going on! I get a different person everytime and have given them receipts of when I purchased and still nothing! Somebody please help as I need this program for work!
Guest Disco Stu Posted January 21, 2004 Report Posted January 21, 2004 Ah yes, I have had the same problems with Password Manager.. All you need to do is rebuild the shortcut for the app and use your old code to unlock. I presume this will work for all BOMASoft products

Guest Disco Stu Posted January 22, 2004 Report Posted January 22, 2004 No problem : Use ActiveSynch and go to the Loan Manager .exe file on your storage card. Right-click and choose Copy. Then go to IPSM*/Windows/Start Menu. Right-click again and choose Copy Shortcut. You might want to rename the shortcut to just "Loan Manager" for tidyness ! Now restart the phone and Loan Manager should appear in your Program menu. You can now re-enter the registration code and, if it's the same as Password Manager, you'll have all your details still there :lol: Great software, but Boma are never any help with problems :evil: NB: * I assume the phone is known as IPSM on the Moto You can also use Smart Explorer rather than ActiveSynch, of course Does this help ?
