Replacement MPx200 Activesync Problems, can anyone help ?

After losing my Mpx200 on Saturday I recieved my replacement phone today. I deleted the old Activesync partnership and created a new one. I was then able to sync the phone with Outlook.

Now the problem starts: As soon as I removed the phone from the USB cable and reconnect, Activesync cannot find the phone anymore. I didn't have this problem with my old phone as it would always re-sync when it was reconnected.

The only way to re-sync is to reboot my PC with the phone turned on.

Can anyone help, or has anyone else had the same problem ???

Try shutting down and restarting ActiveSync before placing the phone back in the cradle

Have you checked the settings in Programs-Activesync (on the SPV) ?
