Guest geetje Posted January 22, 2004 Report Posted January 22, 2004 How do I play mpeg files from my storage card? I've copied them to the card and they are recognized by my pc, but if I go to the media player on my phone it doesn't appear. I've created a folder called "My Documents" on the storage card, but I can't find anywhere on the phone. Please help me, I want to be able to play Matrix revolutions on my phone!!!
Guest Disco Stu Posted January 22, 2004 Report Posted January 22, 2004 For Mpegs you need a fantastic app called PocketTV It's available here free for personal use http://www.pockettv.com or from Handango or Smartphone.net
Guest geetje Posted January 22, 2004 Report Posted January 22, 2004 Thanks for the reply, Disco Stu, I found out that the media player only plays .wmv files and not .mpeg files. Is Pockettv freeware or do I have to pay for it?
Guest Disco Stu Posted January 22, 2004 Report Posted January 22, 2004 Yes it's free unless you want to use it for commercial use  You want the Classic or Signature version (whatever it's called) and not the Enterprise version. Needs registering but that's easy & quick
Guest Bjorn S. Posted January 22, 2004 Report Posted January 22, 2004 And you have to remove the software-lock from your phone... The freeware-version is not signed... But it is a fantastic player indeed!
Guest Toyota-F1.com Posted January 23, 2004 Report Posted January 23, 2004 On an SPV E200, do you have to do any unlocking, or does it ask you whether to install and tells you it's unsigned?
Guest geetje Posted January 23, 2004 Report Posted January 23, 2004 Yes, you have to unlock it. on www.coolsmartphones.com is a .zip file that contains the nessecary files to install. It's called unlock all.
