MobileClipper allows you to create personalised web clips of web pages and view them on your phone.

Clip information you might want to view on the move, for example, news, weather, live sports results, lottery results, flight arrivals, live train departure times, TV listings, travel information and stock quotes.

Clips are created online using the your PC web browser. You specify what is to be clipped using a series of commands.

Each clip is given a unique web address. This can be saved as a bookmark in your phone. Whenever you access the clip, it goes to the mobile clipper server which fetches the web page you want clipped, extracts the data and formats it to fit on your type of phone.

Looks ok, but there doesn't appear to be a trial. :lol: It's a bit too complex for me to know whether I'd find it useful without trying it for at least a couple of weeks.

I totally agree that a demo is needed to gauge whether this is any good for personal use.

For example, how would the football scores clip be an improvement on the Orange service ? Is it automatically updated ?

I'm not all that well up (ie I haven't got a clue) on HTML, is it possible to set it up so that links are included? Otherwise I'll probably just use continue to use WebXcope, though that isn't as customisable as I'd like.

What's the point? Sounds good though, but I would have left it alone unless it had been for the post above regarding WebXcope. THAT actually works, for the most part, it seems.
