Switching SD cards with Cameras?

Can I pull out my storage card and plug my sd-camera while the phone is switched on?

Or is it best to stick with turning the phone off and then switching them?

I may be wrong, but I don't see any reason why not. It's fine to switch SD cards whilst it's on, and also, it's fine to plug-in and un-plug the clip-on camera of an SPV.

The only thing that might affect it is the fact that it's SDIO rather than straight SD. Did the instructions with the camera say anything?

But keep in mind to install the Camera software on the phone.

I was so strange minded to install everything on the SD-Card and then took it out and plug in the Camera and wonder why the software isn't running :-(
