Help camera quality on e200

Hi, I just got my E200 yesterday and in answer to my own question posted the other day it does play full midi tunes as ringtones Yay!!

Anyhow, I've had a play with the camera and the preview window that comes up is covered in about 20-25 bright blue dots (like stuck pixels). They are most noteable in the dark, or dimly lit rooms. They are fixed on the screen and don't move so its not down to the lighting. They are scattered over the screen with far more of them in clusters to the right of the preview pane.

They also appear on the photos taken, although not as noticeable as on the preview. Is this normal or should I contact Orange and ask for a replacement? I haven't had chance to try it during the day, but even with the lights on they are still there. I can live with it, but if its not right, I'd sooner get it sorted now while its a new phone:)

Other then this small annoyance, the phone is fantastic and far superior to the original SPV I owned a year ago. Plus this one actually works when recieving calls :lol:

Advice and your experiences greatly appreciated.

there is a posting under the ia style section that asks people about the problems with the camera as my spv was also far better in picture than the E200 its under the posting flipping the photoin multimedia album as ia who make the software would like to know of anyone else having problems so they might if orange give the ok word have an update in the future :wink: :wink:

its the gamma option under adjust :D

I noticed it the other night while testing the camera under dim conditions, just alter the gamma slightly and the dots will disapear :lol:

They do on mine anyway.

Going back to MIDI ringtones - can you post them up here (zip them into a folder first) as I don't believe you can use any other than MID0, which is not polyphonic !
