Guest Baker0 Posted January 22, 2004 Report Posted January 22, 2004 My 14 day return back runs out on sunday and im on my seconds E200. If the buzzing is the same as my old E200 when trying to talk I think i might go for the mpx200. A few questions for you lot Any one else changed over and still think it was a good idea? How goods the battery life??? Am I right in saying it aint got bluetooth? Any other problems I should know about? Any help would be great Cheers Baker0
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted January 22, 2004 Report Posted January 22, 2004 1, Only had the MPX and don't want to change unless it's the 220 2, Good battery life, three days for me  3, correct no BT 4, No real problems apart from the questionable keyboard drivers but you only notice the downleft directional does not work
Guest dharden Posted January 22, 2004 Report Posted January 22, 2004 One of my workmates has the E200 and I've got the mpx. reasons to go for the mpx: A: No-one has told him that his phone looks fantastic yet. B: His screen isn't as clear as mine - the mpx screen is a cracker. C: His battery life is much worse than mine. D: The E200's a brick. (sorry, but it's huge!) E: It's cheaper! reasons to go for the E200 A: Smartphone 2003 - can synchronise more than one inbox B: Bluetooth (if you're really that bothered) C: Camera (see B:) D: It hasn't got a useless voice dialling button. personally i'd go for the mpx200, but then i'm biased!
Guest beersoft Posted January 22, 2004 Report Posted January 22, 2004 I would go with the mpx, i havne't had any of the problems that ive had with my spv or e100. the only problem i have had is i broke (they fell off) the little plastic lugs that keep the sim in. other than that its been rock solid. even media player sorts songs by name correctly, now that was a shock also it does like to charge over usb and it doesn' t forget T9 words  later Owen
Guest Baker0 Posted January 23, 2004 Report Posted January 23, 2004 Thanks for the info. Does the mpx200 have a good in car charger and hands free kit? Cheers Baker0
Guest scott2eyes Posted January 23, 2004 Report Posted January 23, 2004 The Hands Free Kit is stereo (for WMA/MP3s, presumably) and does the job. Doesn't come with an in-car charger though, which is a shame...
Guest daftycom Posted January 24, 2004 Report Posted January 24, 2004 This oughta work as a car charger: http://www.expansys.com/product.asp?code=EXP_USB-CLA
