MMS options Missing in Both in Box and Accesories Menu

Hello,

An interesting thing happend to my phone (MPX200), It got stuck on the 'Hellomoto' Screen so I did a hard reset. Since then Ive lost the Create MMS option from the in box and the MMS Setup options in accesories.

I've done a search and found this has happened to a few other prople who were trying to fix other issues, I just want to be able to send MMS again :lol:

My thery is this...... :idea: I recon that there must be a program that loads up when you turn your handset on that inserts the MMS stuff on your phone, perhaps the shortcut to this has disapeared from the startup menu.

Ive tried 2 hard resets and trawled through the startup folder but can't confirm my suspicion, I did come accross a post that said the MMS client was called ezmmscpl.exe but can't find this file on my phone anywere.

Can anyone post this file if they find it on their phone or have a quick butchers in their startup folder, the files in my startup folder are IA_CID_STARTUP, MT TOOLS, NEWCont, RemoteNotify and Orange Support.

I have also tried getting a sim update from orange and having MMS applied to my account then removed again but this didnt help.

I remember someone saying that MMS & other apps are restored from CD after a hard reset.

NICE ONE!

Yea when you right click and explore the cd that comes with it theres a program to install your mms client! (you have to turn your handset off/on after instalation)

DOH! why didnt I think of that! :roll: :roll:

Don't forget to install the Gallery software as well, or you won't be sending any piccies via MMS
