I am looking for a suitable car kit for my spv, I have read conflicting reports on caqr kits which are available, and have come to the conclusion the e200 kit is ok, ..

How do I tell what model of phone I have ?

All I can say its orange SPV and everytime I am asked who makes my phone I sound like a dumbas and say I dont know it an 'Orange SPV'

does your phone have a bulit in camera--if so it is an SPV E200, if it doesnt and has a joystick its an SPVE100, if it has a direction pad its an orginal SPV.

The phone is made by a company called HTC--they make IPAQ PDA's and various other stuff.

The E200 car kit should work fine for the other SPV's as well as the input/output ports are the same. Can someone verify this?

I must have the e100 as my camera is an attachment and the joystick can be decribed as a jewel within a left qand right and up and down configuration.....

I spoke with orange today and if they do not comply with my request I will be looking to another network come contract renewall time in a few months....

Mate, if your joystick is a 'jewel', then you have the original SPV. Then manufacturer is Orange for all intents & purposes.
