Unlocking SPV e200 doesn't work

Hi there!

I've only had my e200 a week, but I've just started playing around with it.

I've tried the OTA unlocking, but although it says the phone is now unlocked, homescreen files will still not install (particularly the Reload2:Ice, both version will not work)

Is here anything else I can do or try to unlock this phone.
