The Viktoria Institute is excited to announce the release of GapiDraw

3.0 Multi-Platform! GapiDraw is the fastest, most advanced, and easiest

to use graphics library for Stationary PCs, Smartphones and Handheld

Computers! This new version is even faster than the already optimized

2.0 and it works on a totally new platform, namely Symbian, too!

GapiDraw has been used in over 120 commercial games for the Pocket PC,

games that now easily can be ported over to the Symbian platform using

GapiDraw 3.0 Multi-Platform. Game titles using GapiDraw include

Everquest for the Pocket PC by Sony Online Entertainment

(http://eqpocket.station.sony.com), Warlords II by Pocket PC Studios

(http://www.ppcstudios.com/), and Tower Mogul by ESoftInteractive

The release of GapiDraw 3.0 is in line with our commitment to keep

GapiDraw’s position as the fastest Mobile Graphics Engine in the market

and also make it the de facto Graphics API on all major handheld and

mobile platforms, especially in the games development market. GapiDraw

3.0 Multi-Platform runs on Stationary PCs, Pocket PCs, Microsoft

Smartphones, and all Symbian Smartphones.

Here are some of the new features in this version:

-Symbian support! You can now use GapiDraw to create applications for

Symbian devices!

-It is now possible to create Unicode applications on stationary PCs. -GapiDraw can now be used to create Windowed (non-full-screen)

applications on Pocket PCs!

-New functions that simplifies surface-to-surface copying.

-New blit effects: GDBLTFASTFX_SCREEN and GDBLTFASTFX_OVERLAY. -Parts of BltFast were rewritten in ARM assembler, resulting in a 5-8%
